BYU Family History Internships!

After a long absence, we're back. As previously stated, I am currently in a computers and family history course and as part of that we are asked to practice using certain media types and publish them on the internet. One of these is a podcast.

Last Spring (2007), I participated in an internship with the BYU Family History Department and was able to go on a field studies to Spain working for the Center for Family History and Genealogy as well as a research group called Immigrant Ancestors Project. We traveled all over Spain and a few others (not including myself) were able to travel to other countries like France and Italy to do research there as well. This experience has been a defining point in my life for many reasons.

To fulfill our assignment of creating a podcast, I met together with two friends of mine who also went to Spain. We created a podcast describing our experiences - academic, cultural, and just plain good times. I've posted a link to it on the sidebar; You should check it out!

Heather! You did not tell us you were a blogger. We could have been reading about family history all this time!!
